So the VT message for the month is about gender, which has made me more aware of the clear difference in boys and girls. I am amazed watching Brandon play with his little girl friend McKell, they are only 9 days apart and they could not be more different. Love the pictures!
I love them all! But I think Molly painted the first one, Max the second one, then Max got bored and played with his trucks and Molly continued on with the second and third one! Neat like her Mom!
That reminds me of what a bad person I am. I am so sorry that I haven't sent you a thing! Those sheets you have are great. One more thing that you could do is have them rainbow write inside those letters, so that they have to do the correct strokes over and over! I laminate mine and have them do it with dry erase markers. When I teach the letters, I do the letter name, the sound (three times) and I come up with some kinestic motion to go along with it...A...A...alligator.aaa.aaa.aaa and then make big alligator mouth with your hands as you say the sound!

That makes me excited to add a girl to our mix. Cute!
It's so true! Different motor skills and interests in different genders. SO cute-both of them! And, you're awesome to be doing phonics with them!
They are totally different, those boys and girls. Are they identical?
